RESULTS AND DISCUSSION

The biological activity of these growth regulators had been measured by the bioassay. The concentration of
the
standard synthesis cytokinin: 6-BENZYLAMINOPURINE had
very
good
relationship with the weight of cotyledons. The log values of the concentration had linear relationship with weight in concentration from 0.02 ug/mi to 10 ug/mI.
The

Y is the log value of concentration of BA (ug/ml). X is the value of cotyledons weight (mg)~
BA had the highest bioactivity at 10 ug/mi. excessive concentration limited the growth of
cotyledons.
ROOTS
can stimulate
growth
of cotyledons in 0.-0.3’~ of
concentration. The highest activity
was about 0.3%, which
eaualed
0.53 ug/mi- BA.

the concentration was over 0.8,
the
normal
growth wet~e retarded.
