The growth regulators used in the experiment have different
characteristics. ROOTS®, PGR4 and MZ63 are growth promoters.. They
directly stimulate the tiller development, leaf enlargement and high clipping
yield~ ROOTS® is more powerful than PGR4 and MZ63 in stimulating growth
of grasses... BAYLATON, BANNER are growth - retarders.. They retard the
cell enlargement, make leaves fine and short.. But they make leaf color
dark even under the low fertilization, have high turf density and hi9h
~esistibi1ity to disease, insects and drought.. Their regulative mechanisms
and function arc being studied. CYTOZY}~ did not have any effect ~ growth
and appearance of grasses.
